The Event centre will be located in summer camp "Tolieja".

The Event centre will be open from 24 June. Accommodation in summer camp territory will be available only from 24 June, 17.00 h.

START SCHEME FOR D/H8 GROUPS.

TERRAIN AND MAPS:

Competition terrain - forest between Želvos and Stirniai lakes one of most interesting places for orienteering in Labanoras woods. More than 30 lakes in competition area. Middle and small landforms, biggest slopes up to 40 m nearby Kulionys. Mostly good runable pine-tree forest, some parts grown up with middle runable undergrowth, some parts middle runable spruce-tree forest. Middle density of rides, roads and tracks.
Maps renewed in 2009 autumn- 2010 spring by O-map company “Vingis”. Scale: 24 June 1:5000, other days 1: 10 000 (26 June for D18,20,21E, H18,20,21E,35,40 groups – 1:15 000), contour interval 2,5 m.

Discount for families with 3 and more persons (necessary to notice it in entries) - 20%.
School age paticipants, who will run in D/H21N class, will pay as H/D 10-18 classes.

SI card rental fee is 1 Lt/day for H/D 8-18 classes, and 3 Lt/day for remaining classes.

Start fee must be paid to Bank AB Hansabankas, bank code 73000, SWIFT HABA LT22, account number LT517300010034297271, organization code 193156286. The other fees can be paid during registration. For participants, who were registered, but hadn't come, during registration will be returned 50% of start fee.

Open courses (DIR) - the course without advance registration and without start list. Participants start from S1 in suitable for them time. Start fee 15 Lt/per day. If you need SI card, you can rent it in the finish tent.

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation in the Event Centre: All rooms in the Event centre are already occupied.
Accommodation in own tent - 4 Lt per person per day.

CATERING:

There is canteen in the Event centre. Catering price - 30 Lt/day (breakfast - 8 Lt, dinner - 15 Lt, supper - 7 Lt). The meal tickets must be booked in advance. Meal tickets will be hand out at Competition office in summer camp "Tolieja". The meal tickets must be booked by e-mail info@oktakas.lt
